Boris Pelcer is an independent artist & illustrator based out of Milwaukee, WI, USA. He divides his time between working on his personal artwork & various commissions. His personal work is used as a tool to explore all that is intangible, incomprehensible & unknown. There is a certain thrill that he finds in trying to understand that which resides beyond his grasp.
