The Drop - a dedicated space for some new releases that makes it easier to cart and check out. Speaking of time: we’re killing random drop times - The Drop features a countdown clock so you know exactly when the next release is happening. Please note- adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve your item. When an item is added to your shopping cart, the order is not committed until payment is confirmed.
Most of the time, yes. However, savings may be minor due to our updated flat rate shipping method. If you’re specifically ordering multiple items that have similar shipping timelines, we are happy to combine the orders so you receive as few shipments as possible. Please be sure to contact us immediately so we can assist you before individual orders are fulfilled. Please note that there will be times when combining orders is not possible.

Yes! As long as you contact us with your new address before your order’s shipped, we can get it updated. Changing the address on your account does not affect an order that has been previously placed, so be sure to reach out and let us know! Of course, we are unable to accommodate third-party shipping.
Most of the time, we do! Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price and Mondo is not responsible for these charges for any reason.
To identify which items you can have shipped to your country you will want to find an item on our website and open the page for it. On that item page, you may see a red link between the item name and description that says "This item ships to select countries." If you click that, you will see a list of countries that the item can ship to. If you don't see that link, then the item is available to ship anywhere!
While we would love to be able to ship all of our products worldwide, there are sometimes restrictions placed on products by licensors, or different licensees may hold the rights for certain regions. We always work with license holders to offer our products to as many places as possible.

Warping is a common occurrence on vinyl records, as plastic is produced using high heat, creating an attractive environment for warping.
In most cases, warping shouldn’t stop the enjoyment of listening to the record, although in rare occurrences, warping can touch your tonearm and impair the sound. If this happens, definitely return the record for a replacement. If the playback doesn’t sound ‘drunk or woozy’ you’ll be good for the rest of your records existence, whether or not you’re drunk and/or woozy yourself.
Our limited edition posters are handcrafted in the USA and never reprinted. That being said, on rare occasions, small quantities of posters from the original, numbered print runs may later be available at flat file sales or conventions. Sign up for our email list and follow along on our socials to make sure you don't miss out!
Nope! We have a no-duplicates policy on all posters unless otherwise stated (timed editions for example). This means one-per-person/household/credit card/etc. No funny business. We mean it. In fact, double orders will be canceled, and if you attempt these hijinks multiple times, ALL of your orders will be canceled in the future.

Records made with effects are hand-crafted, and as such, variations across the pressing are natural. We strive to produce records that are consistent across each run and sometimes, this is not 100% possible. We fall into the camp of this being a factor into the uniqueness and collectibility of specialized vinyl effects and print runs. If you find that your vinyl is not coming close to what you expected based on our product descriptions and pictures, please snap a picture of your vinyl and send it to [email protected] and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Quite simply, eco-wax is recycled vinyl. This is a method where the plant uses left-over pellets from other jobs and mixes them all together. It creates unique colors and means every single record will be one of a kind. More excitingly for us, it reduces waste and our carbon footprint at the same time.
It’s unusual to have a faulty record out the gate (although it can happen). If you find you have a record that jumps - try the following tips.
- Check your tonearm to make sure you have everything balanced correctly. Youtube is a great resource for this, and searching for tutorials for your specific turntable model will go a long way.
- Clean the record with a brush, a soft cloth or a cleaning machine. An entry-level recommendation for deep-cleaning is a product called Spin Clean. Keep in mind that factories that produce vinyl also produce dust so it’s virtually unavoidable that some might make its way into your package before it is shrink wrapped.
- If you are using a briefcase turntable or a similar entry-level turntable, they can sometimes struggle with 180g pressings, as they can be too heavy for the platter. If this is the case, it might be worth trading up for something slightly sturdier.
- If you are still experiencing problems after trying these tips, you may actually have a defective record and should return it to your place of purchase.
Whilst small seam splits on inner sleeves are unfortunately par for the course as a record travels from the plant to your home, major dings and creases are not. If you receive a record or product that looks like your mailman has been playing sports with it, please drop us a line with pictures and we’ll work with you to help out to the bet of our ability. Please keep in mind, we don’t always get replacement jackets, discs, boxes, or toy parts based on various manufacturing realities. We will absolutely do our best to replace any parts when we have replacements on hand. Like all returns, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can assist from there.
