The Drop - a dedicated space for our limited edition releases that makes it easier to cart and check out. Our posters will likely be the primary products that live in The Drop, but you may also find other product categories popping in from time to time (we will let you know when/if something is releasing in The Drop, so don’t worry about that). Speaking of time: we’re killing random drop times - The Drop features a countdown clock so you know exactly when the next release is happening.
All posters are a one-time, limited-edition release and won't be reprinted.
Nope! We have a no-duplicates policy on all posters unless otherwise stated. This means one-per-person/household/credit card/etc. No funny business. We mean it. In fact, double orders will be canceled, and if you attempt these hijinks multiple times, ALL of your orders will be canceled in the future.

Gift cards are generally non-refundable, though you can reach out to us within 24 hours following your gift card purchase to see if we can make an exception.

Mondo ships most orders via USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail, and UPS is also an option. Additionally, posters can be shipped via USPS First Class International.
In-stock items typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that large releases may take a bit longer to fulfill. If you suspect your order’s lost, please contact us immediately and we'll get you sorted out.
Most of the time, yes. However, savings may be minor due to our updated flat rate shipping method. If you’re specifically ordering multiple posters that have similar shipping timelines, we are happy to combine posters so you receive as few shipments as possible. Please be sure to contact us immediately so we can assist you before individual orders are fulfilled. There will be times when combining orders is not possible, in which case we will make note of ahead of the release.

For Pre-Orders, please reference the product page and/or release announcement for shipping estimates. Certain items ordered with Pre-Orders will not ship until all items are in stock.
Many items posted for sale are Pre-Orders, meaning that they’re still being manufactured or shipped at the time they’re announced. If your item doesn’t ship immediately, check its product page to make sure it wasn’t a Pre-Order. If it wasn’t, contact us. Otherwise, sit tight by your mailbox. It’ll be there soon.
We love our fellow Austin residents — especially the true believers in Mondo — but local pick-up is not an option at this time.

Most of the time, yes. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will get it sorted. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email, as well as photos and/or video of the damaged item. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 30 days of receiving, we may be limited in what we can do for you.
Due to the handcrafted nature of manufacturing vinyl, it is important to note that the colors and effects can vary across the entire pressing. Because of this, it is possible that the discs you receive may not exactly match the discs on our site.
Yes! As long as you contact us with your new address before your order’s shipped, we can get it updated. Changing the address on your account does not affect an order that has been previously placed, so be sure to reach out and let us know! Of course, we are unable to accommodate third-party shipping.

While we would love to be able to ship all of our products worldwide, there are sometimes restrictions placed on products by licensors, or different licensees may hold the rights for certain regions. We always work with license holders to offer our products to as many places as possible.

Phantom puzzle pieces are super frustrating. In the course of assembling any jigsaw puzzle, hundreds or even thousands of tiny pieces are removed from the box, then sorted, arranged, and pushed around a dedicated play surface. Sometimes a piece goes missing, leading to deep dives into the nooks and crannies of your house, particularly if you share your space with pets, young people, or other curious folks.
It's possible the piece could be stuck in the box flap or a corner, or between the couch cushions, or stuck to your pet’s paw, or in a vacuum bag. Perhaps your kid or spouse or roommate pulled a prank. It’s also possible that, if you haven’t actually finished the puzzle, the remaining pieces are actually enough to finish the puzzle.
Or, perhaps, the piece was never there to begin with.
Our manufacturers employ a standard quality assurance audit of all puzzles created, but there’s always a tiny margin for error that may not be caught when weighing packaging filled with so many tiny paper-based components. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide individual replacements. However, if you’ve combed through your space and believe your puzzle shipped incomplete, we’re happy to replace your puzzle or refund you.
