MondoCon is all about bringing talented creators together, and that doesn’t stop at food & drinks. This year we’re incredibly excited to offer a line-up of the best food trucks Austin has to offer and a beverage menu with specialty cocktails and Mondo Pale Ale brewed by our friends at Austin Beerworks.
You can order the delicious beverages shown above at the bar inside The Marchesa lobby. Not only does our menu include speciality cocktails concocted by Alamo Drafthouse Beverage Director Bill Norris, we’ll have three variants of Mondo Pale Ale to keep your palette entertained throughout the weekend.

Field Roast Chipotle veggie sausage dressed with Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized onions, Sriracha aioli, and dill pickle relish
Land Land Dog
Field Roast veggie dog on top of shredded cheddar cheese, dressed with veggie baked beans, Sriracha & crushed Fritos

Ground beef dog stuffed with cheese dressed with fried onions and "special" sauce
