By far, Halloween is our favorite holiday of the year, so did you think we were gonna miss doing a special drop for it? Today, we have two special posters to present to you; the first being Drew Millward's TRICK 'R TREAT!Poster by Drew Millward. 15"x 24" screen print. Hand numbered. Edition of 120. Printed by D&L Screen Printing. Click HERE to buy. We were talking to the director of TRICK 'R TREAT, Michael Dougherty, a while back and we mentioned that we would love to do a poster for this movie. He said DEFINITELY and the rest is history. Our first choice for this was one Drew Millward and as you can see, he nailed it. This is EXACTLY what we were hoping for. Pretty much everything that is in the movie is represented in some way within this poster. NOTE: Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery on this one.The second poster in this drop is something REALLY special. Take a look....Printed by D&L Screen Printing. 25 1/4" x 32.5" Hand distressed w/ bombs, acid and other materials. Edition of 50. Click HERE to buy. What you are looking at is a one of a kind metal poster for the film MONSTERS that is being released theatrically today. If you aren't familiar with MONSTERS, you should be. Here is the synopsis:Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system. A probe was launched to collect samples, but crashed upon re-entry over Central America. Soon after, new life form began to appear and half of Mexico was quarantined as an INFECTED ZONE. Today, the American and Mexican military still struggle to contain "the creatures"......We decided to actually create the sign warning of the impending contamination from the monsters, so we first had D&L Screen Printing print 50 "clean" MONSTERS posters on sheets of metal. After they came in, we hired Daniel Brough-Stevenson to hand distress the posters. Daniel came highly recommended because of his work on Robert Rodriguez's films. Daniel took about a week to do all 50 and USED ACIDS TO BURN THE PRINTS and ACTUALLY BLEW THEM UP WITH BOMBS! These posters have literally been through a war and are all unique. The one pictured above is an example of what you should expect, but rest assured, you will be getting something that nobody else will have. Here are some detail pics of the battle damage on the posters...This is one of my favorite projects and the #1 rule for it was DO NOT CHEAP OUT. We could've easily put a distress filter on the posters and had them printed that way, but we made a vow at the beginning to actually go out and ravage these. We think these are really awesome and we hope you enjoy them. Happy Halloween!-Justin
