To celebrate the upcoming holiday, we have an awesome new timed-edition portrait from Mike Mitchell featuring HALLOWEEN's The Shape. The sale will run for 72-hours until Saturday at 11:59AM CT. We put together a few FAQs from past timed releases for those who are unfamiliar with this type of sale. If you have any further questions, though, don't hesitate to contact us!
Q: How does a Timed-Edition sale work?
A: In a timed edition sale, posters are put on sale for a pre-determined amount of time – in this case 72 hours - from 12PM CT on Wednesday October, 28th until 11:59AM CT on Saturday, October 31st. However many sell in that time period dictates the edition size of the print!
Q: When will these posters ship?
A: We don't have a concrete date for when the posters will ship out just yet, but timed-edition releases can take a bit longer than traditional poster releases. We expect to ship these out in the next 1-2 months, and will be sure to keep you guys updated!
Q: Is there a limit to how many I can purchase?
A: Nope! Order away!
Q: Do you ship internationally? How much is postage for an international shipment?
A: We do ship internationally! Postage is location-based and varies based on where you live.
Q: I live in Austin, TX. Will you offer Gallery Pick-Ups for the Timed Edition?
A: Yes! Please contact us after you purchase a print to request gallery pick-up. We'll let you know when the posters are ready for you to grab.
Q: In the weeks it took for you to ship my poster I have moved / gone on holiday / etc. Can I change my shipping address?
A: Of course! Please contact us with your updated address. We are only able to adjust the shipping address if the print is still shipping to you (the purchaser), meaning we will not update the address to ship the poster to a third party. Please note that changing your shipping address on your account will not translate to orders already made on the site.
Q: Can I combine any of these posters with another order I've made on the site?
A: In order to get these timed edition prints out the door as quickly as possible once we have them in hand, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate any combined order requests. Sorry about that!
Q: I’ve made a huge mistake. Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, no. All poster sales are final.
