Celebrating Big G’s big screen anniversary is one of our favorite annual traditions, and Godzilla Day 2023 is looming! But before we give you the lowdown on this year’s releases, we wanted to share some of best news we’ve heard in awhile …
We’ve officially expanded our Toho Godzilla collectibles license! So while previous collectibles like Urban Aztec's first Godzilla figure were only available to the US and Canada, all Godzilla Day releases this year will ship worldwide (excluding Japan).
Naturally, this is the perfect opportunity to announce the second incarnation of the Godzilla - Vinyl Designer Figure by Urban Aztec himself … the Heat Ray Variant Timed Edition. Dropping on Godzilla Day, this new colorway will be available for pre-order until Tuesday, November 7 at 11:59 PM CT.
We’re also unleashing a mighty foe for Big G with Attack Peter’s next Mechagodzilla - Vinyl Designer Figure, the Silver Variant, which is limited to an edition of just 600. Plus, we’re unveiling the Tri-colored Terror Variant of the previously sold out King Ghidorah Tiki Mug.
But that’s not all ... the next two titles in our Godzilla soundtracks series are a pair of bangers from composer Takayuki Hattori, each with Mondo exclusive variants limited to 2000 copies: GODZILLA VS SPACEGODZILLA features original art by Florian Bertmer, while GODZILLA 2000: MILLENNIUM boasts new work by Matt Ryan Tobin.
These releases all drop Friday, November 3 at 12 NOON CT on The Drop.
