Tortured dynamic duo Jekyll and Hyde taking on the fiendish Dracula in the streets of Soho. Master detective Sherlock Holmes tracking the elusive Invisible Man in the dim light of Baskerville Manor. Reacquaint yourself with the heroes and villains of Victorian Gothic in the latest standalone entry of the hit hero-battling Unmatched game series – Unmatched: Cobble & Fog, which is available for pre-order right now.
Unmatched is a highly asymmetrical miniature fighting game for two or four players. Each hero is represented by a unique deck designed to evoke their style and legend. Tactical movement and no-luck combat resolution create a unique play experience that rewards expertise, but just when you've mastered one set, new heroes arrive to provide all-new match-ups.
Featuring the atmospheric art of Andrew Thompson, Unmatched: Cobble & Fog introduces four new heroes for the Unmatched system. The Invisible Man uses fog to dart around the board and strike without warning. Sherlock, with the trusty Dr. Watson by his side, schemes and calculates to ensure victory. Dracula and the sisters slowly drain you of your power. Jekyll & Hyde uses the former's cunning and the latter's brute strength to win the day.
The double-sided board offers your choice of battlefields – the streets of London’s Soho, or Baskerville Manor – and it introduces Secret Passages, a new mechanic unique to this set that allows your fighters to maneuver in a new way.
Wanna pit Dracula or Sherlock against Medusa, Bigfoot, or Bruce Lee? Pair Unmatched: Cobble & Fog with one of our other Unmatched sets, and you’ve got your answer.
It’s fully compatible with each of the other titles in the Unmatched Collection, including Unmatched: Battle of Legends, Volume One, Unmatched: Robin Hood vs. Bigfoot, and Unmatched: Bruce Lee.
But remember – in the end, there can only be one winner.
