AFTER BURNER II - Original Video Game Soundtrack LP. Released on Data Discs. Music by Hiroshi "Hiro" Kawaguchi. Pressed on 180 Gram Opaque Purple or Black vinyl. Ships in Late March. $27
Music from the arcade classic, newly re-mastered and available on vinyl for the first time outside of Japan. Composed in 1987 by SEGA’s legendary in-house programmer, Hiroshi “Hiro” Kawaguchi (OUTRUN, SPACE HARRIER), this vinyl release of AFTER BURNER II features the complete arcade score, along with an unused “Melody Version” of the title track. In addition, the release includes a full disc of bonus material, with three arranged versions by SEGA’s in-house live band (S.S.T. Band) from 1988, and a keyboard and brass-infused medley performed by Hiro’s current band, SEGA Sound Unit [H.].
After Burner II is presented as a double 180 gram LP, cut at 45RPM and housed in a heavyweight single-pocket sleeve. Also included is a 250gsm foldout poster of the original artwork, featuring the iconic F-14 Tomcat fighter jet, that has been newly licensed for this release. Available on opaque purple or black vinyl.

Wojciech Golczewski's score for Jackson Stewart's indie-horror cult film is a synth driven homage to the horror music in the early days of VHS. For Golczewski fans who enjoyed his compositions for movies like TONIGHT SHE COMES and DARK SOULS, the BEYOND THE GATES soundtrack is a must.
This soundtrack is a one-off pressing and comes with a download card of the entire score by Wojciech Golczewski. The LP also includes an exclusive bonus track 'Outrun with the Dead' by Vincenzo Salvia.

A double LP filled to the brim with needledrops of some of the '80s best known cuts, as well as some under the radar gems, and a smattering of brand new tracks recorded especially for the movie. David Bowie, George Michael, The Clash, Nena, Siousxie and the Banshees, and A Flock Of Seagulls of course need no introduction, and they all contribute absolutely killer songs here.
