Fire Walk With Me is an altogether more brooding affair than the Twin Peaks series soundtrack. Badalamenti won a grammy for the title track of this LP and it’s not hard to see why; it’s dangerous, dark and bristling with smokey jazz so thick you can barely breathe. We went back to the master tapes in the Warner Archives and had this recut to fit across two LPs as the score clocks in at 51 minutes. It sounds incredible and punchy, but super nuanced, too.

DEATH WALTZ

We are absolutely thrilled to finally work with composer Cristobal Tapia de Veer. His work on the UK TV show Utopia is one of our most played records of the last few years, and he is surely one of the most original and unique voices in the world of soundtracks of the last decade. The fact that we get to work with him on one of THE best zombie films in years is the icing on the cake.
Breathing new life into a stale genre is so hard to do, but The Girl with All the Gifts turns the genre on its head, managing to be intelligent, thrilling, scary and funny without sacrificing the gore or characterization. De Veer’s score is haunting, beautiful and so multi-layered I still haven’t tired of it after six months of constant listening. This truly is one of the best scores of 2017. The score is currently available on iTunes and our Bandcamp page and the physical 2xLP version will be out in February to coincide with its theatrical run.
DISTRIBUTED TITLES
Jackie - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Released on Milan Records. $26
The score to Jackie was composed by experimental British musician Mica Levi, best known for her ethereal score to 2013’s sleeper hit Under the Skin. Mournful and eerie with a touch of the surreal, Levi has delivered an unmistakable musical tapestry every bit as iconic as Jackie O herself.
The mastered-for-vinyl score is pressed on 180 gram black vinyl and housed in a heavy stock euro sleeve featuring black-and-white artwork of Jackie. A download card containing a digital version of the album is also included.
DISTRIBUTED TITLES
Hell or High Water - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Released on Milan Records. $26
This American classic in the making features a beautiful guitar and string driven score composed by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis (The Road, The Proposition, The Assassination of Jesse James). The soundtrack also features a great selection of country songs by the likes of Chris Stapleton, Townes Van Zandt, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Colter Wall and Waylon Jennings.
The soundtrack is pressed on 180gm black vinyl and house in a gatefold jacket featuring the film artwork. Download card included.
DISTRIBUTED TITLES
Young Guns - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Released on Rusted Wave Records. $25
Composed by Anthony Marinelli and Brian Banks, the Young Guns score brilliantly embodies the off-kilter, emotionally unstable characteristics of Billy the Kid, both the man and the myth. It is epic and powerful, but equally haunting with an underlying melancholy tone.
Available for the first time ever. Mastered from the original recordings and pressed on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl. LP cover in smooth matte finish, with a full-color liner note insert from Mr. Marinelli.
