MondoCon 2019 will be September 14th and 15th at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas.

What is MondoCon?
MondoCon is a celebration of everything we love, including movies, art, comics, music toys and food. It's a weekend curated with our fans in mind, featuring incredible Artists & Creators from around the world, Panels, Screenings, Food Trucks & Interactive Events. This is the fourth annual MondoCon, and we can't wait for you guys to see what we have planned.

What are the hours of MondoCon 2019?
Convention hours are 10AM - 6PM at the Palmer Events Center.

How can I attend MondoCon?
Limited Early Bird tickets go on sale on Tuesday, March 12th for $89. Full-priced Two-Day tickets will go on sale at a later date for $99. You must have a ticket for the respective day you wish to attend MondoCon and any screenings

What types of tickets are there?
There are 2 types of tickets: a Sunday ONLY ticket and a Saturday + Sunday 2-day ticket. These will grant you general admission into the convention, including access to the Convention Floor & Daytime Panels (as seating inside the theater allows) on their designated days. Please note that additional tickets may be required for after-hours events & screenings.

How will I receive my ticket(s)?
Once you purchase your tickets online, a digital ticket will be emailed to you. In order to redeem your pass day of, please bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket when you arrive at MondoCon. You will receive more detailed information on redeeming your ticket as we get closer to the event.

What if I buy a ticket and decide I can't / don't want to go?
Please do not purchase a ticket unless you are certain you can/will attend MondoCon 2019. No refunds will be issued and all sales are final.

Are tickets transferable?
No, tickets are not transferable. All ticket sales are final. You will need a valid ID that corresponds with the name on the confirmation email you receive in order to redeem your ticket for a wristband.

Do I need a ticket to attend after-hours events & screenings?
Yes. You must attend MondoCon 2019 in order to purchase a ticket to any after-hours events.

Can I help out and volunteer at MondoCon?
Absolutely! We'll announce when volunteer sign ups open for the 2019 convention.
