Wholesale terms & conditions

PURCHASE ORDERS: All orders are $200 minimum, paid by credit card. New accounts must complete the account setup form in its entirety. All S&H costs are paid by the customer. Mondo Tees, LLC will aim to ship on the Customer’s required shipping date. 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: Order quantities on the portal are set to case packs when available.

SHIPPING: All S&H costs are paid by the customer. Mondo Tees, LCC will aim to ship on the Customer’s required shipping date. Shipping for in-stock products usually occurs within 2 - 3 business days. 

CLAIMS: Shortages, defective merchandise, and billing questions must be reported to Mondo Tees, LLC within 15 days of receipt of order. Damage claims must be reported to the carrier and Mondo Tees, LLC  within seven days of receipt.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Order changes and cancellations must be received 15 days before Customer’s requested ship date. Otherwise, shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

BACKORDERS/PREORDERS: Items on pre-order or temporarily out of stock are placed on hold and will ship as they become available, unless customer requests otherwise.

RETURNS: All sales are final, except for damaged or defective goods. All product returns must be preceded by contact with Mondo Tees, LCC. Shipments returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Returns of incomplete products will not be accepted. Mondo Tees, LLC  will not reimburse any expenses for returned product other than the original cost of the product.

OTHER CONDITIONS: Prices and specifications are subject to change. Mondo Tees, LLC  reserves the right to technical alterations. Customers can confirm prices and availability with a purchase order. All sales are final according to the conditions as outlined on the invoice.

AGREEMENT: Customer accepts Mondo Tees, LCC Terms & Conditions as written on this page by 1) placement of an order, 2) shipment of goods per purchase order, or 3) receipt of goods by the customer. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Mondo Tees, LCC portal, using an official purchase order or otherwise.
