Mouth of the Serpent Designer Series Tiki Mug (Emperor's Blood)
Our Mouth of the Serpent tiki mug, designed by Urban Aztec aka Jesse Hernandez, has proven to be an enduring favorite in our Designer Series. Hernandez says, "Journey to the center of your soul through the Mouth of the Serpent. Quetzalcoatl the feathered serpent is depicted opening his mouth to reveal the skull of Mictlantehcuhtli, the Aztec god of the dead. This design symbolizes a common theme among the Aztec: the duality of life and death, one cannot exist without the other." The mug, sculpted by Tufan Sezer, holds 24 oz, and is perfect for cooling off after a game of Ullamaliztli!
Features a deep crimson glaze, and is limited to 490 pcs.
NOTE: These mugs are handmade, making each one unique, so slight variations from images shown may occur.
