Rope - Poster

Built around ten minute-long, unbroken takes – the length of a film reel – and a singular set, Alfred Hitchcock’s 1948 thriller ROPE was one of the first “real-time” productions, preceding and influencing films and television shows like BIRDMAN and 1917.

Released in partnership with our friends at Mad Duck Posters, the brilliant artist duo We Buy Your Kids beautifully sum up the film’s elegant twists and turns of Hitchcock’s 72-year-old cult classic. This is WBYK’s fourth dance with the Master of Suspense, and we hope the music never stops.

"Rope was extremely fun to work and the ideas came thick and fast. The clues, the body in plain sight and the two killers giving themselves enough rope. There were about 4 ideas we pitched, but this one just stuck." - We Buy Your Kids
