The Birds

We're celebrating the release of our Alfred Hitchcock 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure with a series of posters based on two of the filmmaker's classic movies, Vertigo and The Birds. It's been a pleasure to honor Hitchcock's filmography over the years, and we're thrilled to add Thomas Danthony's poster to the collection.

"The poster explores the role of windows in the movie, key point between the inside / outside. Windows are usually an opening to the world but here Hitchcock turns it into a weakness, a point of entry in the human refuge that has become the houses. I wanted to emulate that quintessential Hitchcock feeling, building up the psychological tension, with a quite scene where a bird is just watching us from the outside." - Thomas Danthony
